Advanced MMA Fitness & Technique
This class is an extension of our MMA Fitness class. It incorporates all the conditioning of the MMA Fitness class and adds a whole other technique element. The techniques you will learn include boxing, grappling, wrestling and JiuJitsu. This is a great class for anyone who is serious about fitness while looking to gain more knowledge in Mixed Martial Arts. Whether your looking to be a fighter or just train like one, then this class is for you!!
Glover Teixeira is a Brazilian martial artist who currently competes in the Light Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He has also competed in the WEC, Impact FC, PFC, Shooto and numerous Jiu Jitsu and grappling tournaments over the years. Glover is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Hawaiin Kempo under John Hackleman of The Pit in California, a Vale Tudo Black Belt under Marco Ruas of Ruas Vale Tudo and 2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Luigi Mondelli of ATT Connecticut. Glover won the 2009 Brazilian ADCC trials in the under 99kg division and took 2nd place in the 2011 Brazilian ADCC trials. Glover is currently ranked No. 2 Light Heavyweight in the World.
Glover is originally from Sobralia, Minas Gerais in Brazil. He moved to the United States in 1999 and currently lives, teaches and trains in Danbury, Connecticut.
Woman's Cardio Kickboxing
A high energy fitness focused class taught by professional fighters. This class will help you maximize your calorie burn and sculpt your body while boosting your endurance and helping you gain confidence. Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, or simply want to burn the day's stress away this is the class for you! Techniques include punching, kicking, bag work and circuit training. The variety in each class will keep you motivated. All skill levels are welcome! We make burning calories and getting fit fun for everyone!!

Kids Fitness & Self Defense
This class is for kids ages 12 to 16. It focuses on getting your child in shape, while learning self defense, self discipline and respect. Students will learn a variety of bag work combined with cardio and strength training drills and techniques. The kids have a fun and exciting workout while getting in shape.
